Bio and Fitness Career

Obi Vincent was born on March 20, 1988, in London, England. Growing up, Obi was never really into sports or fitness. He would rather binge watch TV and eat his favorite junk food – deep-fried candy bars.

At age 20, after many years of eating junk food, Obi found himself at 247lbs (112kg). But that didn’t motivate him to get into shape.

It wasn’t until Obi went through a breakup with his then-girlfriend that he decided to make a change.

One night while walking out in the city, he saw a guy who had an incredible physique and went up to him and asked for advice.

That would be the beginning of his fitness journey. Using the advice from this guy, Obi registered at a local gym and started working out, building the great body that he has.

After five years of working hard at the gym and on his diet, Obi Vincent had sculpted a very shredded physique. His dream was set on becoming a professional bodybuilder.

In 2013, he enrolled and competed at the WBFF Muscle Model Europe Championships and came out in the top 5.

A few months later, Obi Vincent earned his pro card by taking part in the Miami Pro Fitness and Modelling championships and came out top 4.

After becoming a pro bodybuilder, Obi decided to share his knowledge of fitness with the world.

Using social media, he started posting videos of his training and nutrition on platforms like Youtube and Instagram. Many of his fans were impressed with his physique and started following him.

So far, Obi Vincent has grown to become one of the top fitness influencers from the UK with close to 2 million followers across his social channels.

He is now a sponsored athlete promoting multiple brands in the fitness space and coaching clients on how to build an incredible muscle tone physique.
